About BizFlow

We're building the simplest way for Kenyan service businesses to run their day-to-day, queues, bookings, payments, and staff, all from one app.

This is our story.

BizFlow started after watching barbershops and salons in Nairobi run their entire business on paper notebooks and memory. Customers waited without knowing their place in line, payments were tracked by hand, and bookings were easy to forget. We built BizFlow to fix that, a single app where a business owner can see their queue, their bookings, and their daily M-PESA revenue, all updating in real time.

BizFlow story

Why we created BizFlow

Most tools built for "small business management" are designed for retail or e-commerce, not for businesses where a customer walks in, waits their turn, gets served, and pays before leaving. Barbershops, salons, and gyms needed something different: a live queue, simple bookings that don't get lost, and a payment flow that matches how Kenyans actually pay, M-PESA, instantly, after service. BizFlow was built specifically around that flow, not adapted from a generic template.

Our mission

Our Mission

To give every service business owner in Kenya the same level of organization and visibility that large chains have, without needing a large team or expensive software.
